Shipping and Returens

Where is My Order?

It can take between 1-9 business days not including weekends and national holiday for us to prepare a package for international delivery depend on the level of customization.
Once your order ships, you will be sent an auto-email containing tracking information.
To track your order, please click on the link at the top of the page.
If there has been no update on the tracking information for more than 10 business days, please let us know so that we can open an investigation.
Investigations may take several weeks due to the processing times of the international postal services.
We are able to provide a refund once the claim has been processed and the package is declared as lost.
If for any reason it is determined the parcel is lost in transit you will be issued a full refund.

Can you deliver my order to a PO Box?

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, KinzJewels does not ship orders to post office boxes.
KinzJewels is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

I received a damaged/Faulty/missing item.

We’re very sorry to hear that your package did not arrive in perfect condition.
In order for us to follow this up with our shipping partner, we kindly ask you to send photos of:
1- The damaged item
2- The inner and outer packaging
Please contact us with this information so that we can open a swift investigation with our shipping partner.

Can I cancel the order once it placed?

Our system processes orders immediately, which means we can’t make any changes to an order once it has been placed
If your order was made over 24 hours ago, we’re unlikely to be able to stop the order from shipping.
If your order was made less than 24 hours ago and has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse or we still did not start the customization we may be able to stop the shipment – please contact us urgently.

I no longer require the items, I want to return them and get full refund.

You may return them to us for a full refund.
We will never sell our customers anything used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging if it have one.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, cannot be returned.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items: Damaged Items: Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear cannot be returned.
